Tiny Tots Recruitment is looking for a Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a friendly, family-run early years setting in Bromley, South East London.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity within a nursery that places relationships at the heart of its approach. What you'll be doing: Providing high-quality care and early education for young children Supporting children's learning and development in line with the EYFS Acting as a Key Person and building secure relationships with your key children Planning activities around children's individual interests and stages of development Completing observations and maintaining accurate planning records Creating stimulating play and learning opportunities Supporting children's confidence, independence and emotional wellbeing Helping children through everyday routines including meals and personal care Providing parents and carers with meaningful feedback about their child's day Building positive and professional relationships with families Supporting children regardless of disability, background or individual circumstances Working closely with colleagues to maintain consistency across the nursery Maintaining excellent safeguarding, health and safety and welfare standards Taking an active role in training and continued professional development What we're looking for: A full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification Previous experience within a nursery or early years environment A good understanding of the EYFS Strong safeguarding awareness A caring and enthusiastic approach to working with children Good communication skills with children, parents and colleagues Someone reliable who enjoys being part of a close nursery team A genuine interest in child development and learning through play Paediatric First Aid would be beneficial but is not essential A practitioner who wants to continue learning and progressing within early years What's on offer: £26,500 to £28,000 per year Permanent, full-time employment Company pension Childcare discount Free uniform Free DBS check Funded training and professional development Ongoing career progression opportunities Refer a Friend rewards Staff recognition awards and gifts Team-building days Staff celebrations and treat days Perkbox membership 24/7 GP access through Perkbox Mental health and wellbeing support Retail, supermarket and restaurant discounts Cashback and lifestyle offers Wellness ambassadors within the team
