Who we are

What we collect
For candidates: the contact details, work history and qualifications you give us, plus anything contained in a CV you send. We do not collect or hold DBS certificates or take up references, because we do not carry out those checks. For clients: the contact details of the people we deal with at your setting.
Why we hold it
To match candidates to permanent vacancies and to run the placement process. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest for recruitment activity, and consent where you have asked us to keep you on file for future roles.
Who we share it with
Your details go to a client only after we have told you which setting and you have agreed. We do not sell data and we do not share it with other agencies.
How long we keep it
Candidate records are kept for two years from our last contact and then deleted. Ask us to remove you sooner and we will.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@tinytotsrecruitment.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
