Why permanent only
An agency that sells temporary cover has a commercial reason to want your vacancy open. We do not have one. Every placement we make is a permanent appointment, so our interest and yours point in the same direction: the right person, staying.
What you get from us
A shortlist of people we have actually spoken to about your setting specifically, not a mailing list. Vetting, DBS and references remain yours to carry out as part of your own safer recruitment process.
What it costs
Two structures, and you choose. A flat fee agreed and invoiced upfront, which is the cheaper of the two because you are taking on some of the risk with us. Or contingent, where nothing is payable until your chosen candidate signs. Either way the terms are set out in writing before we begin. Tell us the role and we will give you both figures the same day.

Do you place temporary or bank staff?
No, permanent placements only. If you need emergency cover for tomorrow morning we are not the people to call, and we would rather point you to an agency who can help than take a brief we cannot do justice to.
How long does a permanent placement take?
For practitioner and room leader roles, most searches produce a shortlist within a week and an offer within three to four weeks. Manager and deputy searches usually run four to six weeks, because the field is smaller and notice periods are longer.
When do we pay, and what happens if it goes wrong?
That depends which structure you choose, and both are set out in writing before any work starts, including what happens if a placement does not hold. Ask us for the terms alongside the figures and you will have them the same day.
