The best practitioners notice the little things.
The child who suddenly finds the confidence to join a group. The new word that appears during play. The moment someone finally manages something they have been trying all week.

Career development here is more than a line on a recruitment advert.
The existing team includes employees who have developed from trainee positions into qualified practitioners and leadership roles, including one senior team member who joined as a trainee and another who progressed into Deputy Manager after joining the nursery. The setting's own recruitment information specifically highlights ongoing training, professional development and opportunities for career growth.
The nursery also offers children a broad range of experiences including music, dance and drama, early literacy and multi-sports, alongside everyday play-based learning. That gives practitioners plenty of opportunity to bring different interests and skills into their work.
