Tiny Tots Recruitment is recruiting for a Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join an established day nursery in Stockton Heath.

What you'll be doing:
Creating engaging learning opportunities through play, exploration and children's individual interests Supporting children across their learning, development and daily routines Using observations to help plan meaningful next steps Building positive and professional relationships with parents and carers Providing a safe, nurturing and stimulating nursery environment Encouraging children's confidence, independence and communication Working closely with colleagues to ensure consistency of care Supporting the smooth running of the nursery throughout the day Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, health and safety and early years practice Contributing ideas, enthusiasm and creativity to the wider nursery team
What we're looking for:
A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare that is recognised as full and relevant Previous experience within a nursery or early years environment A good understanding of the EYFS A warm, energetic and child-focused approach Confidence building relationships with children, families and colleagues Good communication and teamwork skills A commitment to safeguarding and providing high-quality childcare Someone looking to develop and build a long-term career within early years
