Tiny Tots Recruitment is looking for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a well-established early years setting in West Drayton, West London.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week, with shifts arranged across the nursery's Monday to Friday opening hours.
The setting puts play at the heart of children's learning. Practitioners are encouraged to create varied experiences that allow children to explore new sensations, make independent choices, build friendships and develop their own interests at a pace that feels right for them.

What you'll be doing: Providing high-quality care and early education for children from babies through to preschool Supporting children's learning and development in line with the EYFS Acting as a Key Person and building secure relationships with your key children Creating stimulating experiences around children's interests and developmental needs Completing observations and identifying appropriate next steps Encouraging children to explore, experiment and make independent choices Supporting children's communication, confidence and emotional wellbeing Creating opportunities for creative, sensory and imaginative play Making regular use of the nursery's outdoor environment Building positive relationships with parents and carers Supporting children's individual routines and care needs Preparing children gradually for their transition towards school Working collaboratively with Room Leaders and other practitioners Maintaining excellent safeguarding, welfare and health and safety standards Taking part in continued training and professional development What we're looking for: A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification Previous experience within a nursery or early years setting Good practical knowledge of the EYFS Strong safeguarding awareness A warm and enthusiastic approach to working with children Confidence building relationships with children and families Good communication and teamwork skills Someone who enjoys creating new experiences rather than repeating the same activities A reliable and professional approach A genuine interest in continuing to develop within early years What's on offer: £28,000 per year Permanent, full-time employment 40 hours per week 8-hour shifts within the nursery's opening hours Company pension scheme Company discount scheme Staff uniform provided Staff incentives Staff referral scheme Regular supervision and support Continued training and professional development Online training External courses and practical development Career progression opportunities Supportive management with an open-door approach Regular staff meetings Strong emphasis on work-life balance One-week Christmas closure
