One of the strongest reasons to consider this setting is the development available after you join.
The nursery group's own careers information states that many employees have stayed for at least five years and highlights opportunities for promotion and professional development. Practitioners can progress through further early years qualifications including Level 5 study, foundation degrees and teaching-related routes.
The Burton-on-Trent nursery itself operates throughout the year and follows the Curiosity Approach, with a focus on creating a stimulating environment that encourages children to explore and develop a genuine enthusiasm for learning.
