The development opportunities are a real selling point here. The employer is currently advertising this Room Leader position with Forest School Practitioner Leader training alongside the role, while its own careers programme offers fully funded Level 3 SENDCo and Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner development.
That makes this particularly attractive for an experienced Level 3 practitioner who wants their next job to add something meaningful to their CV rather than simply giving them a different room to run.
If you're searching for a Nursery Room Leader job in Manchester, Stockport or Greater Manchester and are ready to lead a room while continuing to develop your own early years career, we'd love to hear from you.
