Tiny Tots Recruitment is working with a well-established nursery in Glasgow to recruit a Qualified Early Years Practitioner to join their team.

You will be joining an experienced team within a purpose-built early years environment, with a strong emphasis on inclusive practice, professional development and working collaboratively to give every child the opportunity to thrive.
What you'll be doing:
Providing high-quality care and early learning experiences for children Planning and supporting engaging activities based around children's interests and developmental needs Building warm, secure and professional relationships with children and families Observing children's progress and contributing to meaningful learning experiences Supporting children's wellbeing, confidence, independence and development Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment Working closely with colleagues and contributing positively to the wider nursery team Following safeguarding, health and safety and early years procedures at all times Working in line with relevant Scottish early years guidance and professional standards
What we're looking for:
A recognised early years or childcare qualification suitable for practitioner-level work in Scotland Registered with the Scottish Social Services Council, or eligible to register A genuine passion for early years education and child development A positive and professional approach Strong communication and teamwork skills An understanding of inclusive, child-centred practice Someone reliable, reflective and keen to continue developing professionally
